文章主要结论:

在三阴乳腺癌中Paracrine通过谷氨酸的旁分泌激活HIFPhD感受半胱氨酸。三阴乳腺癌细胞中HIF-1α有明显高表达。其细胞内,谷氨酸和胱氨酸通过细胞膜上的受体XCT-1进出细胞,进入细胞后的胱氨酸转换为半胱氨酸,由EglN1PhD)感受到半胱氨酸的含量后,调控HIF-1α的降解。文章整体思路清晰,实验正反验证明确,创新点多。
